The Sales Support Specialist’s primary objective will be to provide customer service, training and education to customers involved with current and previous auctions. The Sales Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including but not limited to speaking with bidders about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the auction process. The position will require sales of Sandhills hosted services and products along with the support of those products such as AuctionFlex, AuctionTime.com, HiBid. The Sales Support Specialist will also be required to train and understand our products in order to provide appropriate service, training and upgrades to existing customers. High levels of attention to detail, professional customer interactions, and self-motivation are required. Background and interest is technology is helpful as this position is heavily tech-based. Assume other duties as assigned.
