Located in Brisbane, Australia, Sandhills Pacific is the office location for reps serving buyers and sellers throughout New Zealand and Australia. Bringing the global market to Australia and New Zealand, while at the same time reaching out to local buyers with the combination of MarketBook for Australia and MarketBook.com.au effectively connects buyers and sellers both locally and globally.
The establishment of an office location in Australia began as most growth at Sandhills does—with an immense amount of research. By the time the inaugural print edition of MarketBook for Australia rolled off the press, it was met by the anticipation of a vast readership in the region, and the backing of a well-established website; the publication has since experienced much success, continuing to grow through the success of our customers’ businesses.
New Zealand Campus
Sandhills Pacific opened its first New Zealand office in Christchurch in December 2017, joining Sandhills’ Brisbane location in strengthening the company’s ability to serve the Pacific region. Sandhills offers a fortnightly MarketBook publication specifically tailored to the New Zealand market, including listings for farm equipment, heavy machinery, and commercial trucks and trailers, in addition to the MarketBook.co.nz website. For the broader regional market, Sandhills Pacific offers Machinery Trader Australia for heavy machinery, TractorHouse Australia for ag equipment, TruckWorld.com.au powered by Truck Paper, and Aviation Trader for aircraft, among other publications.
Sandhills Italy’s Colonnella office is home to CercoCamion.com and the complementary print publication, CercoCamion.com powered by Truck Paper, which together connect buyers and sellers in the commercial trucking industry throughout the region. CercoCamion.com offers detailed listings for used trucks and trailers, as well as cranes, work vehicles, and other equipment, and enables buyers to contact sellers directly about these assets. Distributed across Italy, the free print publications provides buyers with full-color listings that make it easy to find the trucks and equipment they’re looking for.

Completed in 2017, the Cyber Center is the third LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold-certified building on the Lincoln campus, along with the adjacent Binary Building and Data Center. The 42,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility uses light-harvesting sensors, a closed-loop geothermal well field for heating and cooling, and other features for optimal energy efficiency. The Cyber Center includes a reception area, classrooms, and workspaces for over 100 business analysts, human resources personnel, trade publication representatives, and other employees.

Housing fortified data servers in an underground, tornado-proof section of the building, and supporting a roughly 100-member staff, the Data Center building is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold-certified facility that uses multiple technologies designed for maximum performance and energy efficiency, including solar panels, light-harvesting photo sensors, LED lighting, and recirculated water cooling. The building today includes IT personnel, network administrators, and other technical staff, as well as graphic designers, editors, and writers.
Multi Media / Warehouse

Added to the campus in 1996, the Multimedia Building houses customer service personnel, web and graphic designers, and other staff. Also situated in the Multimedia Building is Sandhills Global’s circulation team, the group responsible for ensuring that publications reach their readership successfully via the company’s unique distribution model. In addition, the building functions as a storage warehouse for materials, and for maintenance and landscaping equipment.
101 W. Grand Dr. Lincoln, Nebraska 68521 USA
The expansion of the Lincoln campus began with the establishment of a state-of-the-art press building in 1990. The temperature- and humidity-controlled facility houses some of the industry’s leading press technologies, including in-house equipment for platemaking, binding, stitching, and trimming. The Goss Sunday Printing Press, capable of producing 1.76 million pages of print per hour, uses an innovative and environmentally conscious direct-to-plate printing method. The entire press is controlled from a computerized central command station, which automatically improves color and ink densities to ensure the best possible ink application. All press operations are constantly tested and adjusted to ensure print publications of the highest quality.

The Sandhills West building in Scottsdale, Arizona, was established in 2000 to house an additional data center. The facility contains servers that replicate data stored at the Lincoln headquarters via a secure, direct point-to-point network. This replication ensures the delivery of consistent, reliable service for Sandhills Global, its customers, and end users. Load balancing technologies operating between the two facilities serve to increase speed and efficiency by distributing web traffic across the geographically disparate server farms, allowing Sandhills to operate on a global scale. The distance between the two locations also keeps data safe and secure in the face of natural and manmade disasters. The Sandhills West building houses sales and marketing staff, as well as an IT team that oversees the maintenance and development of software and hardware infrastructures.
