Sandhills Pacific Office In Brisbane, Australia Relocates To Larger Space

LINCOLN, Nebraska — March 5, 2015

Sandhills Pacific, one of four international office locations, has relocated to a larger office space in Brisbane, Australia. The move is a reflection of the growth of Marketbook, which connects buyers and sellers in the trucking, construction, agriculture, and heavy machinery industries across international markets. The larger office space will allow Sandhills to accommodate its growing customer base by bringing on additional employees.

"The primary reason for this move was the need for more space for employees," explains Sandhills Chief Administration Officer Nancy Paasch. "We were at maximum capacity at the previous office due to the quick growth of our international publications and services." Remaining in Brisbane will allow Sandhills to continue to meet the needs of area buyers and sellers. "We have relocated further north in Brisbane, closer to the airport for easy access for all travelers," says Nancy. "The new office is in a brand new building in an up-and-coming area of Brisbane that will allow for a large amount of potential growth in the future," she adds.

The Brisbane move comes in response to Sandhills’ growth across the Asia Pacific, where Marketbook has been especially well received. "The relocation is a sign that our growth overseas is moving in a positive direction, and this growth will allow us to continue to add additional products and services to meet the needs of more customers around the world," says Nancy.

Sandhills has additional international locations in Madrid, Spain; Manchester, UK; and Kayl, Luxembourg, which is also expected to relocate to a larger office in the coming months. Both moves come as construction continues on a new IT facility on the Lincoln, Nebraska campus, marking a larger trend of growth as Sandhills continues to expand the scope of its products and services. The company expects that the new facilities will continue to attract top talent. "In our overseas offices and at home, we plan to bring on additional sales, marketing, graphic design, software development, and IT staff to help accommodate new customers," says Nancy.
