We are seeking professional, competitive, self-motivated sales trainees to join our Auction Flex and HiBid team. In this position, you will prospect and work with auctioneers to sell our Auction Flex software and bring new clients to our HiBid auction platform. You will also work with current HiBid auctioneers to sell ad space and assist them in finding the correct avenue of support. Building your own client base will be essential to success in this position, and you will be able to communicate with your clients via phone, chat, and email. You will also be responsible for handling follow ups tasks for customers who have signed up independently and been assigned to you.

What is Auction Flex? Auction Flex is an auction management software used by auctioneers to catalogue, clerk, and much more in order to host successful auctions. Auction Flex is directly integrated with our auction platform, HiBid. You can view the main HiBid site here: https://hibid.com/

Your Responsibilities:
•Prospect potential customers in the auctioneering industry who would best fit our HiBid platform
•Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, managing inbound questions via phone, chat, or email
•Educate customers on the basics of the Auction Flex software and how it integrates with HiBid while also working with our Auction Flex support team to get more complex customer questions answered
•Continue to service your personal customers after the initial sale and build a long-term business relationship to continue to drive results for the customer. It is necessary to be personable and available to assist your customers.
•Base pay with commission and incentive plans available
•Assume other duties as assigned
