Social Media Assistant

Sandhills East are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The Social Media Assistant will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive the social media strategy and enhance the company brand and reputation across a range of online platforms. The ideal applicant will have strong knowledge of digital media and keep up to date with current trends.
Responsibilities include:
•Developing content calendars and ensuring timely posting across a number of our brands and social media pages.
•Developing creative and meaningful content to increase engagement of customers and develop our online communities.
•Increase the followers, reach and members of the social media pages.
•Use analytics to identify feasible content and drive continuous improvement.
•Provide regular reports and analysis of social media campaigns
•Research new trends and technology advances in digital media to implement competitive strategies.
Requirements:
•Proven knowledge of the social media landscape
•In depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Knowledge of additional platforms would be advantageous
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work autonomously
•Strong attention to detail
