Cleaning Team Leader

Cleaning Team Leader would be a hands on role working directly with cleaning in all buildings.
Fill in in buildings during times we are short staffed.
Conducting a "morning rounds" through all buildings daily.
Checking cleaning quality.
Communicating cleaning problems with the FAC manager.
Assisting janitors or housekeepers where necessary.
Working with the FAC manager to create, improve and maintain scheduled cleaning task orders, processes and procedures used in all buildings.
Assisting the FAC manager with cleaning supply inventory and using our internal systems for ordering items when needed.
Cleaning team leader should be able to serve as a backup to the mailroom and be able to learn and perform the basic duties of that position. Creating shipping labels, metering mail, delivering interoffice and postal mail to all buildings. Publication distribution, travel apparel, office supply ordering, etc.
