Part-Time Restaurant Server – Aragon Tavern

Pay: $12.50/hour plus excellent tip potential

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, personable, and service-oriented Part-Time Restaurant Server to join our upscale dining team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and thrives in a refined, fast-paced restaurant environment. They should be motivated by strong earning potential through gratuities.

As a Server, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience through attentive service, extensive menu knowledge, and a commitment to excellence. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Flexibility to contribute to dynamic team priorities and operational needs as they arise will be an important aspect to this role.

Must be 19 years old+ to serve alcohol.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• Previous restaurant serving experience required; upscale or fine-dining experience strongly preferred.
• Experience providing high-quality guest service in a professional hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with fine-dining etiquette, service standards, and table presentation preferred.

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to commute to restaurant as scheduled.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Schedule & Availability
