CurrencyPay is a complete payment and Point-of-Sale platform. It is the first payment platform design for buying and selling heavy equipment, machinery and other large-ticket items. The CurrencyPay Customer Support Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to provide customer service and training to customers involved with CurrencyPay and related products. The Customer Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including but not limited to speaking with customers about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the CurrencyPay product and process. The Customer Support Specialist will also be required to train and understand our products in order to provide appropriate service, training and upgrades to existing customers. This position will involve a lot of customer service and contact with our management and sales staff to assist with the payment portal. This includes regular customer contact via phone, email, and chat technologies. Assume other duties as assigned.
