Customer Service Representative - Fr8Star

We’re looking for great communicators, team players, and service oriented jack/jill of all trades to join FR8Star’s Sales and Operations team. In this position, you will be first point of contact to FR8Star’s new and existing customers , and will be interacting with them via phone, chat and email. You’ll also be responsible to handle follow ups and support requests independently.

•Act as the first point of contact for new customers signing up to FR8Star and as initial point of contact for existing customers, managing inbound questions via phone, chat or email
•Educate customers on our FR8Star.com platform and our value proposition; partnering with our account managers or operations specialists to get complex customer questions answered
•Help our Sales team in qualifying sales leads that develop into new customers and act as the internal owner of all-things-support.
•Gather feedback from customers in a structured way to help the Product and -
Engineering teams improve our products and technology
•Assist with various administrative tasks and requests from our clients, such as updating account information or processing paperwork
Assume other duties as assigned
•1-3 years experiences in customer success / support, sales or operations
•Experience engaging with users / customers, using modern technology
•Familiarity with CRM’s or similar productivity tools
•A passion for serving customers
•Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
•Positive attitude and “get-it-done” spirit
•Nice to have: Familiarity with trucking, dispatch, truck freight, oversize-overweight freight
