This position works with our AuctionFlex and HiBid products; providing customer service and training customers in the auction business. This may also include speaking with bidders about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the auction process. As the nature of the auction business is timing, we are seeking individuals with self initiative, a sense of urgency and strong troubleshooting intuition to help evolve our product. Our technologies are always evolving so an interest in technology and openness to change are required. Assume other duties as assigned.
