The UI/UX Web Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, developing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites and interactive applications for Sandhills Global and their customers. In this role, UI/UX Web Designers are responsible for the entire design process, including coding and rollout of the websites. The UI/UX Web Designer will collaborate with customers as well as sales representatives to make the customers visions into a reality.

The UI/UX Web Designer must have ability to deliver an engaging user experience across multiple platforms on web or mobile devices. The UI/UX Web Designer learns and works with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Dreamweaver. Experience with HTML and CSS and responsive design are helpful but not required. Attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn are a must. Assume other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Preferred
*Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Dreamweaver, or ability to learn
*Experience with HTML/CSS helpful
*Responsive Design experience or ability to learn
*Ability to learn new technologies and business functions
*High level of responsive customer service skills
*Ability to work under deadline pressure
*Ability to work independently as well as communicate within a team environment.
*Strong command for typography, color management, and ability to think creatively.
