QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 year relevant sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to travel 25% of the month
• Experience carrying a revenue target and delivering results
• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and forecasting skills
• Proactive and independent with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
• Leader with the demonstrated capacity to motivate and work well with others
• Excellent phone and email communication skills

DESCRIPTION:
Entry-level position with substantial opportunity for career growth. Currency is dedicated to disrupting the fintech space by designing financial technology that unlocks access for our dealers to multiple lending sources with a streamlined process. We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals looking to innovate and disrupt the fintech industry and have some fun doing it.
The Dealer Relations sales team is responsible for growing Currency’s monthly volume through the onboarding, maintaining, and upselling of Currency’s products to our dealer network. You will focus on creating long-term value by helping equipment sellers leverage our platform to sell more equipment and by helping the direct sales team’s end buyers finance their equipment from the dealers you manage.
Day to day, you will focus on identifying new dealers, managing existing dealers, identifying new revenue opportunities, providing feedback internally to help optimize current products, and working interdepartmentally between the Currency teams as well as the other Sandhills employees.

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, goal setting and projecting future performance
• Outreach to the dealers via phone and email to assist in completing financial transactions, help with training as needed, and problem solve
• Work effectively with our internal teams
• Serve as our dealers’ primary point of contact and establish long lasting relationships
• Drive more leads on our platform
• Assume other duties as assigned.
• Source new business
• Manage Leads and follow-up
• Build a consistent stream of transactions
• Structure equipment finance transactions
• Negotiate terms of loans
• Be able to multi-task
• Attention to detail & ability to review important transaction documents for accuracy
• Be able to communicate clearly with the funding & credit departments
• Other duties as assigned
