Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist’s primary objective will be to provide customer service and assist customers involved with the wide array of ecommerce solutions and products of Sandhills Global and The Gage Team. The Customer Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including, but not limited to, speaking with customers about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the ecommerce systems, via both phone an email. The Customer Support Specialist will also be required to understand our products in order to provide appropriate service and troubleshooting to our customers. This position will collaborate with our sales team to provide the best solutions to ecommerce customers.
Strong computer skills are necessary and will be a focus of this role. An aptitude towards learning new technologies is preferred. Assume other duties as assigned.
