Customer Support Specialist
The Customer Support Specialist’s primary objective will be to provide customer service and assist customers involved with current and previous auctions. The Customer Support Specialist may also be required to perform various duties including but not limited to speaking with bidders about inquiries and concerns they may have regarding the auction process. The Customer Support Specialist will also be required to understand our products in order to provide appropriate service and troubleshooting to our customers. This position will involve a lot of customer service and contact with our management and sales staff to assist with the live auction process. Strong computer skills are necessary and will be a focus of this role. An aptitude towards learning new technologies is preferred. Schedule could vary based on need of auctions, could include some evening and weekends. Assume other duties as assigned.
